Breath in and breath out,sleep and wake-up,new and old,happiness and sadness,young and old, and the list goes on and on so is the universe.We are lucky and very fortunate to witness our achievement and creation.We are lucky to be on this age and time.
We have to work in order to be and look the best we want to be.
