From what I have learnt and still learning, change is tough. Whether you embrace it or not. The simplest way it is when it happens automatically. In today's space everything is measured by currencies. Now, in order for your currency to be stable and stronger you need to keep moving. You need to upgrade and you can't based your upgrades on the norm, you need to act outside of the norm.
